We have identified an issue that affected emails being sent to the quarantine. The issue started 24-Feb-22 @ 09:06 (UTC) and was resolved 28-Feb-22 @10:42 (UTC).
Due to a misconfiguration in one of our Data Centers, it resulted in approximately 50% of emails being sent to the quarantined to be dropped/deleted, making them unrecoverable.

Customers who have migrated from myEleven to Cyren Email Security may receive Quarantine Digest reports from myEleven. Emails can be recovered for the users who existed in myEleven prior to the migration.

The issue has been fixed and we have confirmed emails are now being quarantined correctly.
