We identified an issue with the ThreatLookup service in our European data center. It started on January 6 at 23:00 UTC and was resolved on January 7 at 9:34 UTC.
During that time about 5-10% of all file uploads to the ThreatLookup service have been responded with the message "Hash is unknown" due to an internal network issue.
