In preparation for moving one of our data centers, we will be migrating the servers that provide the quarantine on February 28, 2022. The migration will take place between 1pm and 5pm UTC.

During the migration time window, the quarantine interface may be unavailable resulting in emails that are stored in the quarantine not being able to be recovered. No emails will be lost.

Following completion of the migration, the first quarantine report to be sent may be delivered twice. From then on deliveries will happen as needed without duplication.

Furthermore, my.eleven.de users may receive an error message when clicking on a "Retrieve" link in a digest that was delivered before the migration. The email is nevertheless retrieved from the quarantine and sent to the user.
