We would like to inform you of an urgent service maintenance planned for the Cyren Cloud Security platform.
The maintenance window is scheduled as follows:
• Start: Sunday, October 22nd at 8:00 UTC
• End: Sunday, October 22nd at 11:00 UTC

How will our service be affected?
• The Admin console will be inaccessible intermittently and will resume once maintenance is completed.
• AD synchronization will be down, and will resume once maintenance is completed.
• During the maintenance window on boarding of new users to the service will fail, as several functionalities related to authentication will be inaccessible.
• End user browsing will not be affected.
