Resolved - To address the issue, Cyren has changed the default protocol of a PAC file delivery to HTTP. However, Cyren Web Security users must update the Web Security Agent settings to start using the PAC file over HTTP.

Please follow the instructions in the below article to apply the changes in your environment:

Resolved - The problem affecting Meeting invitations being rejected has been identified.

The issue has been resolved for Cyren Cloud Email Security customers, however Threat Intelligence Services customers are required to perform the following steps :

1) Stop all instances of ctasd
2) Clear local cache file (ctasd.cache)
3) Restart ctasd

We are investigating the root cause for this issue and why the earlier fix did not propagate without requiring a ctasd restart. Should you have any questions please contact our Support team.

Scheduled - In order to enable farther growth and scalability of our data center in Tokyo, Japan, we are going to migrate it to a new infrastructure. The new infrastructure will be available as of June 9th, 2019, and the old infrastructure will be shut down on June 14th.

No action is required for Cyren Web Security service customers using automatic configuration through PAC file.

Cyren DNS Security customers and Cyren Web Security customers relying on IP addresses will need to update their configuration as follows.

In order to find the correct IP address, run the "ping" command to resolve the closest Cyren data center IP addresses:

ping wn1.cpsserv.com
ping wn2.cpsserv.com
ping wn3.cpsserv.com

The old IP address for the Tokyo data center is 202.147.4.251 and should no longer be in use. The new IP address is 23.100.99.98.

The failure to update your configuration on time may result in service disruption.

If you have any questions please contact Cyren Support team.
