Scheduled - In order to enable farther growth and scalability of our data center in France we are going to migrate it to a new infrastructure.

The new infrastructure is available already and the old infrastructure will be shut down on August 15th, 2019.

No action is required for Cyren Web Security service customers using automatic configuration through PAC file.

Cyren DNS Security customers and Cyren Web Security customers relying on IP addresses will need to update their configuration as follows.

In order to find the correct IP address, run the "ping" command to resolve the closest Cyren data center IP addresses:

ping wn1.cpsserv.com
ping wn2.cpsserv.com
ping wn3.cpsserv.com

The old IP address for the data center in France is 77.67.62.131 and should no longer be in use. The new IP address is 40.89.132.175.

The failure to update your configuration on time may result in service disruption.

Update - The correct DNS entries have propagated to the majority of DNS servers worldwide. We will continue monitoring the situation.
Customers who still cannot resolve the correct IP addresses are advised to clear their DNS cache on clients and servers to trigger an update.

Monitoring - At around 09:00 UTC, an incorrect NS record for the domain ctmail.com started to propagate to DNS servers worldwide. We have identified and corrected the error at 10:12 UTC.
We are investigating the impact of the issue and monitoring DNS propagation worldwide.
